Howdy
« on: November 17, 2017, 05:38:25 AM »
Howdy all. New guy here.

I shoot open and PCC here in beautiful Durham NC. Grew up in Anson & Embden lake (Somerset co) when practical shooting
Meant shooting at a running deer.

Left Maine in 92'. Did near 10 yrs in the Army.
Eventually settled back down in NC.

I am unclassified in USPSA but not for long.
I am fortunate to live in an area of the country where there are multiple matches per week.

I hope to get a feel for practical shooting in Maine.
I plan to visit soon and would like to shoot a match while there.

I've attached a couple pics of my range toys.

Welcome to the forum!
Those are nice guns and they show how well you take care of them -

Do you get back to Maine at all?

Thanks Lee.

I plan to come up in the spring. Hoping to drag a streamer around and maybe hook a chub.

I hope to attend a spring match also.
Are the ranges thawed out and running by mid may?

Btw, how do I get rid of the multiple question verification requirement for every post?

Weve alaways been set to go for May, though the ground may still be a bit soft.

Im not the system administrator for this site, but I believe that the log in questions go away after a few days.

We got a dusting.
First one of the year, probably the last.
Everyone freaked out. Emptied the grocery store
Shelves, wrecked thier car and burned thier house down. :o
It will be gone by noon.
Gotta love the South.

Yeah, we're on our 2nd snow storm. Nothing serious yet and I have yet to even put my plow on the truck.

I hope you survive the locals and their survival weather conditions. :-)
